Time to get on the couch with your business

Business Therapy

When you want to grow your business then you’ve got choices. You could take the DIY approach and dive into LinkedIn and YouTube. Or you could choose to make the investment and work with someone who can help you move forward.

That bring you to your next choice.  Should it be a coach to mentor you and help you personally grow and develop? Or should the focus be on the business and you need a consultant to help you draw up a game plan?

I’ve done both. I’ve worked with businesses as a consultant, as well as coaching and mentoring individuals.

Since setting up Richer Solutions, I’ve offered a variety of services and it soon became clear that even in a larger business you can’t separate the work from the people who are doing it.

Early on I began getting feedback from business owners telling me how confident they felt after working with me.

That sounds like a pretty normal thing for a coach, right?

But the thing was that I wasn’t supposed to be coaching them.  We were working on developing their brand.

However, despite this they were not only feeling more confident but their business was growing and developing.

This gave me a very interesting approach. One where combining my experiences and expertise created something that made a big difference.  Even with just a few sessions. The beauty of the approach lies in its flexibility to  provide the support that is needed the most.

When a client referred to working with me as ‘therapy for your business’, it was clear that I could bring together my understanding of people, business and branding together to offer Business Therapy.

If you’ve tried coaches, consultants and mentors and need a new approach, then this could be the solution for you.

Working with Richard was an absolute game-changer! I describe the experience as closer to business therapy. Not only is he incredibly skilled at what he does, but our conversations were both enlightening and filled with humor. Richard helped me uncover what I truly want my company to stand for. Thanks to his guidance, I have a clear vision and am more excited than ever to build my brand.
