Finding ways for you to thrive in your life and business
Neurodivergent Coaching
Are you trying to make it work in a world that thinks differently to you?
Wondering if you’ll ever gain confidence to put your talents to use and achieve meaningful career success?
Looking for help to harness your strengths?
Seeing my clients shine is the best part of my business. Neurodiversity can present unique challenges in the workplace and in life, including difficulties with procrastination, executive functioning, social interactions and meeting goals. You might feel that you are overwhelmed by forgotten appointments, lost paperwork and missed deadlines.
I work with neurodiverse individuals, like you, to help you find ways to navigate the day-to-day. This might include:
- Exploring ways that you can fight procrastination and get things done.
- Finding the right tools and scaffolding to support you.
- Trying out techniques to deal with impulsivity and emotional regulation.
- Developing an approach to help with distraction, hyperfocus and time management.
- Setting up your workspace to make it easier to focus.
- Putting in place coping strategies for sensory overwhelm.
- Re-thinking workplace relationships and team-working.
- Reminding you to be kind yourself.
- Establishing your strengths and how to make the most of them.
Why work with Richard?
I’m sure you’ll be reassured to hear that I’m a business consultant, qualified coach and mentor with experience of working both with global brands and small businesses.
But you’re here to find out what I can offer you as a neurodivergent individual. So here’s a bit about me:
- I have my own lived experience. Read what I wrote about ADHD and Me in 2024.
- I continue to contribute to the Lilac Review about the difference coaching can make.
- I regularly appear on podcasts as a guest and ND issues is one of my topics. Listen to my guest appearance on NDV Podcast: Neurodiverse Voices
- I’m currently supporting strength-based Autism research at the University of Oxford and this year will be a conference speaker.

If you are a neuro-diverse entrepreneur like myself then Richard is the most patient and understanding business mentor you could possibly get!
Richard was also extremely candid about his ADHD, and as someone with ADHD myself he was incredibly supportive and helped me with resources and notes to support our sessions together. I feel extremely lucky to have been paired with him and really feel he has helped me progress.
I have met Richard at the Advanced Coaching Course at the Oxford University. I was very lucky to have him as my coach. He is not only an experienced ADHD Coach but he helped me take my next steps in my career. He is incredibly knowledgeable and fun to work with.
